Selamawit LegesseMs. Legesse is the director of SGE. She holds a Master’s of Arts degree in International Commerce and Policies. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Sciences degree in Environmental Sciences. She has worked as an international trade analyst and economist for the United States International Trade Commission.
Ms. Legesse is the founder of SGE and an expert in analyzing the economy, trade, AGOA, and policy trends in Africa, the United States, China, and the Middle East. She has an experience in conducting fact-finding, dumping, and countervailing investigations. She is proficient in writing, researching, coordinating reports, and analyzing data.
She is an active participant in international trade conferences and meetings. She has a working relationship with U.S. and foreign private sector industry and government officials, and also with African artists.
Ms. Legesse is also the head of the Mariam Tutoring and Mentoring program. She is well-organized, productive, energetic, and talented in working with the public. She is proficient in the English, Amharic, and Tigrigna languages. She is currently mastering the ancient African language, Ge’ez.
Kofi Kissi Dompere, Ph.D. Dr. Kofi Dompere the managing director of SGE. Kofi Kissi Dompere, Ph.D., is Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at Howard University, Department of Economics. Dr. Dompere is currently researching economics theory, mathematics, theory of decisions and control, cost-benefit and project analysis, and philosophical problems in decision and economic theory.
Dr. Dompere’s consultancy experience includes: Resource Person, World Bank, Referee for Studies on African Economic Policy and Trade Negotiations, and UNITAR Training Program. He was a trainer economist, financial manager, financial engineer, and trade negotiator. Dr. Dompere was also a senior technical research consultant and cost-benefit analyst. Professor Dompere advised the East and Southern African regional communities. As technical consultant to governments, Dr. Dompere provided essential economic information for Botswana. He also has provided consulting services for the following entities:

Mr. Pappass has more than 20 years of license and permit processing experience. He is an expert in Restaurant Licenses, Liquor Licenses, Professional Licenses, Certificate of Occupancy, Building Permits, Health Cards, ABC manager’s Licenses and more. He had been running successful businesses since in Washington DC since 1950.
